My journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics at all levels, from frontline roles to executive leadership.
Having served as a Chief Human Resources Officer, HR Specialist, Practice Manager, Medical Assistant, Medical Biller, and Massage Therapist, I bring a unique perspective and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics at every level. This varied background enables me to connect with and understand the unique needs and challenges faced by individuals across an organization, and support clients in developing customized solutions to address these needs.

I hold degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Administration and am a SHRM-Certified Professional, DDI Instructor, ECHO Listening Profile Certified Practitioner, and Leadership Circle Certified Practitioner.
